What makes a great PBA import?

The hype train is on full steam after reports emerged that former NBA lottery pick Shabazz Muhammad will be the import of the Meralco Bolts for the next PBA conference.

One thing notable about Muhammad, he was drafted 14th overall, the last pick of the lottery in the bizarre 2013 NBA Draft. After Muhammad, next up was the Milwaukee Bucks, who took a gamble in drafting a 19-year old Greek player named Giannis Antetokounmpo. Of course, that was a bizarre draft, and almost every lottery team made a mistake back then.
