Xi vows more openness as China fulfills WTO pledges

BEIJING: Amid the weakening of global consensus on opening up, President Xi Jinping made fresh pledges on Thursday to open the Chinese market wider as the country has fully delivered on its accession commitments to the World Trade Organization (WTO).
