GOVERNMENT officials on Friday said the decision to further relax Covid-19 pandemic restrictions in Metro Manila, which caught many people by surprise, was not a hastily made one.
The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) announced without much fanfare on Thursday that it has downgraded the Alert Level 3 in the National Capital Region (NCR) to Level 2.
