Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello 3rd cheers members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer or questioning (LGBTQ) community during the awarding of assistance under the Department of Labor and Employment's Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (Tupad) in Pateros City on Oct. 20, 2021. The LGBT community members, as well as persons with disabilities, received their Tupad cash aid and android cellphones during the awarding program for the informal sector workers affected by the pandemic.
