PRESIDENTIAL aspirant and Sen. Panfilo Lacson said on Thursday that the easing of curfew and transportation restrictions will benefit the Philippine economy which has received quite a beating from the effects of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.

'As far as I'm concerned, it's about time mag-open up tayo, pag-lift ng curfew at pagtaas ng capacity ng passenger buses, tama ang move na yan (As far as I'm concerned, it's about time we opened the economy by lifting curfews and increasing the capacities for passenger buses),' he said at the first Lacson-Sotto online media forum.
