Metro Manila eases to alert level 2 starting Nov. 5--Palace

METRO Manila will shift to a more relaxed alert level status starting this Friday, Malacañang has announced.

Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF), during a meeting on Thursday, approved the recommendation to downgrade the National Capital Region (NCR) from Alert Level 3 to 2 from November 5 to November 21.
