"The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence." – Thich Nhat Hanh
HUMAN vocabulary has so much about our mind. One term is "mindfulness," and another is mindlessness. "Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we're doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what's going on around us." (https://www.mindful.org › Meditation) Understanding mindfulness as such, we can be mindful in communicating with others whether to our leaders, or to our teachers or students, etc. While communicating/conversing with others, we are there with them in person. Our mind is with us, not wondering elsewhere as words come and go from both or various mouths.
