Manufacturing PMI hits 7-mo high in Oct

The country's manufacturing sector expanded in October with the purchasing managers index (PMI) hitting a seven-month high of 51, results of the latest IHS Markit survey showed.

In a report released on Tuesday, IHS Markit said the PMI slightly went up from 50.9 in September, reflecting a marginal improvement in manufacturing conditions in the Philippines.
