SANTA ANA, Cagayan: The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) here has started a series of webinars to educate the public with the most basic principles, fundamentals, regulations and innovative-driven opportunities brought by the financial technology (fintech) industry in the region.
Sec. Raul Lambino, CEZA administrator and chief executive officer, on Sunday said, the initial "1st Ceza Initiated webinar on Blockchain and Financial Technology (Fintech 101: Cagayan Valley Chapter)" was attended by around 400 individuals from the different regional line agencies, local government units, academe, media entities and business stakeholders.
