THE number of passengers who arrived in the Philippines during the first nine months of 2021 dropped by 72 percent, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said on Sunday.
It said that there were only 893,886 international arrivals from January to September this year compared to the 3.2 million during the same period in 2020.
