India's no zero carbon offer alarming – experts

JAMMU: India reportedly refused to announce a net-zero carbon emissions target ahead of the climate conference, COP26, in Glasgow, Scotland, on October 31 to November 12, when countries around the world are expected to push actions to deal with the rise in the global temperature.
