Dilan has won the best photo award in a competition sponsored by the National Press Club in its 69th anniversary.Dilan's photo entry, 'Lockdown,' won under the Human Interest category and won a cash prize of P7,000.'Seven thousand pesos po ang 1st prize napanalunan ko sa NPC Photo Contest sa 69th NPC Anniversary (I won P7,000 as the first prize in the NPC Photo Contest on the occasion of its 69th anniversary),' Dilan told the Times.The 62-year-old Dilan, who has been part of The Manila Times for almost 20 years, has been into photography for 26 years and has won several awards.
