EXECUTIVES of Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corp. linked to the alleged overpriced medical supplies cannot invoke the Data Privacy Act in refusing to cooperate with the Senate, Sen. Richard "Dick" Gordon said on Thursday as the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee resumed its investigation of the alleged anomaly.
The Senate is looking into the alleged questionable awarding of about P9-billion worth of contracts to Pharmally to supply face masks and face shields to public health workers despite having only P625,000 in paid-up capital.
