THE Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is contemplating closing temporarily the Manila Bay dolomite beach for expansion, an official of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) said.
"There is a possibility that after Undas (All Saints' Day), they (DENR) will still keep the dolomite beach closed until such time that they have completed the expansion because they are actually expanding the beach further," DILG spokesman Jonathan Malaya said in a TV interview.
