Communist leader from Caraga falls in Makati

A communist terrorist group leader (CTG) from the Caraga Administrative Region was arrested in Makati City on Thursday, according to the Philippine National Police's (PNP) Southern Police District (SPD).

PBGen. Jimili Macaraeg, PNP's SPD chief, identified the suspect as Jefred Flores Lariosa, 26, a resident of Barangay Kamagong Nasipit, Agusan Del Norte.
