USAid gives supplementary reading materials to improve reading outcomes in Masbate

In its continuing effort to improve reading outcomes and basic education for children in the Philippines, a United States (US)-based agency has donated mother tongue reading materials to the Department of Education (DepEd) in Region 5 (Bicol) during a virtual event on Monday.

The Information Office Public Affairs Section (IO-PAS) of the US Embassy in the Philippines said there were over 44,000 Minasbate language supplementary reading materials from the US Agency for International Development (USAid) for Masbate province.
