The industry and "Friends" fans are mourning the passing of James Michael Tyler, who played Gunther, the Central Perk barista on hit series "Friends." It was announced on Monday, Manila time, that Tyler passed away due to prostate cancer. He was 59 years old.
Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran announced that he tested positive for Covid-19. This comes days before the release of his new album "=" ["Equals"] on Friday. The singer-songwriter is self-isolating and promised to do his scheduled interviews and performances from home.
Rest in peace, James Michael Tyler, and get well soon, Ed Sheeran.
On Aljur -Kylie controversy – a relationship that has gone awry

Samantala, maingay ang local showbiz in the past week dahil sa ex-couple na sina Aljur Abrenica and Kylie Padilla. Their separation was confirmed in July.
Early October naman ng lumabas ang photos ni Aljur said to be taken on a date with young actress AJ Raval. Kylie clarified though that they have agreed to date other people. But just when people thought theirs was an amicable separation, Aljur posted a revelation on his Facebook, asking Kylie to tell the truth — to tell the people who cheated first and who wrecked their family.
Kylie only had cryptic posts for an answer at first, but on Sunday night pinabulaan niya ang allegation through an exclusive with Jessica Soho. She maintained that she never had extramarital affairs with other men while they were formally married. Still, Kylie admitted na hoping pa rin siya to save their friendship for the sake of her children.

Now, for some good news, loyal Kapuso fans were so excited to learn that Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez finally got married.
The long-term couple tied the knot in intimate ceremony — with family, friends and their closest showbiz colleagues — sa San Juan, Batangas noong Sabado.
Blooming si Carla in her Monique Lhuillier gown while Tom was dashing in his Francis Libiran suit.
The couple started dating 2014. Tom proposed to Carla in 2020 but only made it public in March of this year.
