Complaint junked vs ex-DoTr exec, 2 others

THE Office of the Ombudsman has dismissed the complaint filed by Busan Universal Rail Inc. (BURI) against now former Transportation Undersecretary Cesar Chavez and two others.

BURI filed the complaint in September 2017 against Chavez, Hernando Cabrera and Jorjette Bellen. The complaint involved some of BURI's billings.
