Jeyrick Sigmaton aka 'Carrot Man' wins Best Actor award in New York filmfest

Jeyrick Sigmaton a.k.a 'Carrot Man' — who got the nickname in 2016 when his photos carrying carrots while working at a vegetable farm in the Mountain Province went viral — is now a Best Actor awardee.

He won for his work in the short film 'Dayas,' which was nominated at this year's New York's International Film Festival Manhattan, Autumn edition.
