COLD days are ahead following the onset of "amihan" or northeast monsoon and the end of "habagat" or southwest monsoon season, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Wednesday.
With the onset of the amihan season, the northeast wind flow is expected to gradually become more dominant over Northern Luzon, bringing cold and dry air, the state weather bureau said.
