Dear PAO,
I applied as a janitor with ZY Company. The company made me sign a contract for one year, and I was deployed with several other janitors to a certain mall. My contract also specifically provides that my employment will be terminated after one year, or upon resignation or non-renewal of contract with the client. One year after our deployment, the mall informed us that ZY company is recalling us since the latter failed to renew the contract with the mall. Is this kind of contract allowed?
