Holiday pay and overtime

Dear PAO,

I think that I was illegally dismissed by my employer when the latter terminated my services due to loss of trust and confidence. I used to occupy the position of a senior supervisor but actually worked as an all-around clerk. I demanded the payment of holiday pay/overtime but my employer denied the same. He claimed that I was not entitled because I occupied a managerial position. Is that correct?
