MSU president leads groundbreaking rite

NAAWAN, Misamis Oriental: Mindanao State University System President Dr. Habib Macaayong led the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the three-story building for the School of Marine and Technology (SMFT) here on Friday.

Also present at the event were the MSU president's wife Rehanna Biston Macaayong, director Saidamen Odin Limgas, and Atty. Zed Abantas, director of the Legal Services Division.
