DAVAO CITY: The Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) awarded institutional recognition to the Santo Tomas College of Agriculture, Sciences and Technology (STCast), a local college in Davao del Norte.

The municipal government of Santo Tomas received the Certificate of Eligibility for the Institutional Recognition and the Certificate of Program Compliance of the four programs: Bachelor of Public Administration, Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Education and Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness.
