When it comes to tabletop playing cards, nothing beats "Magic: The Gathering'' (MTG). It's probably the most popular trading card game with over 35 million players worldwide. Now deeply ingrained in pop culture, even the top-rated television series "The Big Bang Theory" spoofed the game several times, conveniently calling their version "Mystic Warlords of Ka'a," in which at one time highlighted Sheldon's infamous defeat from his nemesis, Will Wheaton. The game's uncanny resemblance definitely didn't escape geeky fans.
