THE national government's tax revenues have already surpassed the P2-trillion mark in the first nine months of this year, according to the Department of Finance (DoF).

"Through the first three quarters of this year, our tax collections were already 9 percent above last year's level," Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd said in a speech delivered to the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific's meeting on Friday.
