SENATE Minority Leader Franklin Drilon on Wednesday sought a stop to interagency fund transfers, saying funds were not actually utilized.

He said the Philippine International Trading Corp. (PITC) assured him that it will return to the Bureau of the Treasury (BoTr) about P2 billion unused funds that were previously transferred by different government agencies.
