DBM draft order sought against 'anomalous' fund transfers

SENATE Minority Leader Franklin Drilon has asked the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) for a draft executive order to be submitted to President Rodrigo Duterte prohibiting inter-agency transfer of funds.

The senator on Wednesday tasked the DBM to come up with a budget circular and a proposed general provision in the 2022 national budget that will disallow 'anomalous' fund transfers.
