CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro: The incumbent governor here has fielded a lineup of "newcomers" for the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (Provincial Board) in the first district of the province.
Gov. Humerlito Dolor, who is running for reelection under the Partido Demokratikong Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) Cusi wing, has fielded Puerto Galera municipal councilor Miko Atienza, Calapan City councilor Faye Ilano, women's rights and environmental advocate Meth Jimenez, a certain Ruel Quinzon, lawyer Ralph Rojas and basketball player Rodel Vaygan, for board members of the first district.
