Lacson: 'Kotong' is back

SEN. Panfilo Lacson on Saturday bared that 'kotong' (extortion) is back even amid the pandemic.

Lacson said that in his talk with vendors during his rounds at the Divisoria market in Manila, he discovered that corrupt policemen were allegedly giving a list of items that should be given to them.
