THE enterprise information technology (IT) management division of Zoho Corp., ManageEngine, has been named Niche Player in the 2021 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for both IT Service Management (ITSM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Tools.
ManageEngine, which has been positioned in the Magic Quadrant for ITSM tools for the second consecutive year, was included alongside 10 other vendors.
