LUBA, Abra: A former advertising manager of The Manila Times is setting her sights on a seat in the municipal council of this fifth-class municipality to be able to help poor residents through sustainable government programs and projects.
Crisma Valera-Quiblado, niece of former provincial board member Victor Valera, served as the advertising manager of paper for special projects from 2002 to 2003 prior to working as the advertising manager of the Northern Luzon bureau from 2004 to 2007.
