UK likely to join 'Balikatan' as observer

The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) said on Thursday the United Kingdom might join the 2022 edition of 'Balikatan' (shoulder-to-shoulder) military exercises between the Philippines and the United States as an observer.
