THIRTEEN graduates of the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) College of Medicine (CoM) in Ilocos Norte hurdled the examination surpassing the national average which stood at 70.12 percent, according to the university's strategic communication office.
Daniel Tapaoan Jr., MMSU assistant information officer, said it was a three-peat victory for the MMSU after it exhibited a perfect passing rate once again in the Physician Licensure Examination last month whose results were released on September 24.
