Italians jubilant as clubs, discos reopen

ROME: Discos and nightclubs in Italy started reopening on Monday (Tuesday in Manila), following a specific decree by the country's Cabinet.

Both businesses have never reopened here since the first lockdown declared in spring 2020 and this would mark the country's latest step on the long way back to normal life in terms of leisure activities.
