SC to Gordon: Answer Pharmally petition

THE Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered the Senate blue ribbon committee and its chairman, Sen. Richard Gordon, and several others to answer a petition filed by Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corp. executive Linconn Uy Ong.

Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo, through the Supreme Court Public Information Office chief Brian Keith Hosaka, said 'the respondents in the petition filed by [Ong] were required by the court to file their comment to the main petition and prayer for TRO [temporary restraining order].'
