GT Capital forms JV to provide warranty for used cars

GT Capital Auto Dealership Holdings Inc. (GTCAD) has entered into a joint venture with Japan-based automotive warranty provider, Premium Group, to provide warranty services for used cars in the country.

In a disclosure on Monday, GT Capital said Premium Warranty Services Philippines Inc. (PWSPI) has started its commercial operations, with an aim to become a 'first-mover in providing vehicle warranty for used cars in the country.'
