E-commerce, other sectors thrive in pandemic

THE Covid-19 pandemic may have devastated businesses worldwide but some are thriving given their functional advantages.

The e-commerce sector, in particular, has grown exponentially as lockdowns forced consumers to go online. Relatedly, warehousing and logistics also benefited. Heightened demand for health care, meanwhile, has led to a telehealth boom.
