Agri chief upbeat despite challenges

With less than a year left to his term, the country's Agriculture chief remains optimistic despite missed opportunities and targets caused by a host of recent challenges.

With a pandemic still raging, transforming the country's farming and food systems has become even more important, Agriculture Secretary William Dar told The Manila Times.
