CABARROGUIS, Quirino: A Bugkalot chieftain and former mayor of Nagtipunan town in Quirino Province has filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) for governor, hoping to end the reign of one of the Cuas, who has been ruling the province since 1987.
Rosario Camma, former Nagtipunan mayor in 2007 to 2010 and 2013 to 2016, has risen to fame as the G-string-wearing native Bugkalot during the State of the Nation Address of then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo years back.
