METRO Rail Transit Line 4 (MRT-4), the rail transit system to link parts of eastern Metro Manila with the province of Rizal, is expected to generate over 73,000 direct and indirect jobs for Filipinos during the project's construction phase, and even after the rail line becomes operational, according to Department of Transportation (DoTr) Secretary Arthur Tugade.
