BAGUIO CITY: After three years of private life, former Baguio City mayor Mauricio Domogan dubbed as "The Janitor" filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) for the post before the Commission on Elections at the Baguio Convention Center on Thursday morning.
Domogan will be running against incumbent Mayor Benjamin Magalong and another mayor wannabe Jeffrey Pinic.
