THE Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) said it has approved P39.5 billion in loans under its flagship credit program, which aims to close funding gaps in the country's infrastructure development.
Emmanuel Herbosa, DBP president and chief executive officer was quoted in a statement on Thursday as saying that from January to June this year, 440 borrowers took use of the bank's Infrastructure Contractors Support (Icons) program, which was initially launched in 2017.
