BAGUIO CITY: Mayor Benjamin Magalong formally endorsed the candidacy of Sen. Panfilo 'Ping' Lacson for president and Senate President Vicente 'Tito' Sotto 3rd for vice president in the May 9, 2022 synchronized national and local elections.

Magalong, who filed his certificate of candidacy for reelection under the Nationalist People's Coalition, believes that the Lacson-Sotto tandem will steer the country to economic growth once the pandemic is contained. He said that the senators' integrity and character will help elevate the country to greater heights.
