Malabon's Sandoval couple files CoC

Former Malabon City representative Ricky Sandoval and his wife, former vice mayor Jeannie Sandoval, on Wednesday filed their certificates of candidacy (CoCs) for congressman and mayor, respectively.

Sandoval said he will run under the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan led by Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi while his wife will run under the banner of the Nacionalista Party.
