Sen. Panfilo "Ping" Lacson and Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto 3rd vowed to bring back the trust of Filipinos in government if they are given the chance to be elected as president and vice president next year.
The duo filed their certificates of candidacy (CoCs) with the Commission on Elections at Sofitel Manila in Pasay City on Wednesday.
