Angkla again eyes Congress seat

Angkla party-list seeks to regain a seat in the House of Representatives with its first nominee, Jesulito Manalo, filing a Certificate of Candidacy Tuesday, October 5, at the Commission on Elections (COMELEC).

Angkla was the first party list to represent the maritime industry in Congress. It has served two terms since 2013.
