CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: The family of Deputy Speaker Rufus Rodriguez offered a P300,000-reward on Saturday to anyone who could help identify the suspects who lobbed a grenade at their residence in Nazareth, Cagayan de Oro City on Wednesday morning.
Col. Aaron Mandea, the city's police chief, said police investigators have retrieved footage from closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras, spread across the major streets in Nazareth, which provided a concrete outline of the suspects.
