Comelec prepares election guidelines

THE General Santos (GenSan) City Commission on Elections (Comelec) said there would be proper guidelines on how to facilitate registered voters for the May 2022 elections in the city once a directive would be given amid the Covid-19 pandemic, Sittie Sharmaine Macugar Garangan, the newly assigned city election officer here, said on Friday.

She explained that in the time of pandemic, the voting system will not be as easy as the 2019 polls.
