CLI breaks ground for P3.1-B project

Listed Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) on Wednesday said it broke ground on its P3.1-billion condominium project in Mandaue City.

In a statement, the VisMin property developer said the three-tower Mandtra Residences has sold 90 percent of the units in the first tower in five months, which indicates the 'robust demand' for the product category.
